Troubleshooting Frog logins at home

Parental access to Frog has now been rolled out.  If you would like to provide or update your email address, please contact frog@oxtedschool.co.uk

Please note - we do not keep records of student passwords for security and data protection reasons and therefore cannot provide student login details to parents.

Student Login Information

If you are experiencing issues when trying to access Frog at home, please try the following steps:

  1. Ensure you are accessing the Frog login page from the School website -> Students -> Frog.
A direct link is: https://frog.oxtedschool.co.uk/app/login?forceadfs (note the ?forceadfs)

  2. The Frog login page should show a photograph of the main school building with a username and password box on the right.

The username should be student's full school email address {username}@oxtedschool.co.uk (e.g. 13smitha@oxtedschool.co.uk)

The password is the same as the one used for school computers.

Usernames should normally be entered with @oxtedschool.co.uk, however in certain circumstances, it may be necessary to type 'OXTEDSCHOOL\username' instead. Please try this only if the above does not work.

 Parent Login Information

Password changes

  • All staff and students are required to change their school account password every six months. Automatic emails are sent several times leading up to an account's password expiry

  • If a password has expired it can currently only be changed on a school computer. It is not possible to reset a password at home

  • When a password has expired, users are prompted to change it immediately when logging on to a school computer

  • Students who have forgotten their password should visit the Tech Office next to IT2 in the Meridian Building for assistance. They will be required to change their password immediately at next login on a school computer. Frog logins from home will not work until this has been done

  • Parents who require a password reset should email: frog@oxtedschool.co.uk
