Our PPE Journey
We wanted to update the community as we come to the end of our PPE journey that we embarked on just after the Easter holidays. This morning, 79 sets of scrubs were dropped off to Croydon University Hospital Croydon Health Services NHS Trust, with the final sets being delivered next week.
We are delighted that throughout lock down we have managed the following:
1,736 visors were made and distributed to local care homes, medical centres, East Surrey Hospital Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust, dental surgeries.
370 headbands were made and distributed to ambulance crews, osteopaths, Marie Curie UK, dental surgeries and care homes.
106 scrubs have been made and distributed to Sevenoaks COVID Hub and Croydon University Hospital.
