Philip talks History to primary students

Over the last two weeks Phillip L in Year 9 has given history talks to the whole of Year 6 at Holland School.  

The first talk was on World War 2 in the local area looking at what is was like on the home front and for local airmen during the blitz. The second talk was on the Holocaust taking both a timeline across the War and a personal look back through his family tree.  

Both talks were really well received and he has been invited to repeat them at St Mary's School in the summer term.
