A-Level Results
Oxted School is delighted that their students have secured another set of very pleasing A-level results with over 15% A* A, 42% A*-B, 71% A*-C and 97% A*-E. This year nine subjects have performed in the top 25% of schools nationally. The school are very proud of the range of successes which reflects their broad curriculum including from the following faculties: Arts, Social Sciences, Science, English and Modern Foreign Languages.
Exceptional results were achieved by many individual students which will enable them to progress onto a wide range of courses and universities including: Iona A with A*, A*, A*, A who will now study Natural Sciences at Durham as will Elliot M who also gained A*, A*, A*, A. Rhianna H with A*, A*, A will attend Kings College London to study Psychology, Stephanie F with A*, A*, A will be going to Bath to study Sports Sciences, Bethany P with A, A, B is looking forward to attending Southampton to study Psychology and Barnaby S with A, A, B will be studying Accountancy at Nottingham University.
Mrs Euridge (Headteacher) said: ‘We are thrilled for our students as their results will enable them to progress on to either university or an apprenticeship. They, their teachers and parents should be congratulated. As a year group they have supported and encouraged each other to achieve; we wish them all the very best in their future endeavours’.
