For the first time since December 2019 we were delighted to welcome over 100 residents from across the District to our Senior Citizen's Christmas Party.

Those who attended were treated to festive food prepared by the Food Technology Dept. Students studying Health and Social Care helped in the hall and took advantage of this great opportunity to meet and talk with the senior citizens.

The Junior choir sang carols and Father Christmas (with his elves) made sure everyone went home with a card made by Year 7 students and a Christmas tree decoration designed and produced by the Technology Department.

A big thank you to everyone who got involved and helped make this such a successful event again this year. So many of the guests have said how this is one of the highlights of their year, it is great to be able to make it happen for them after such a tough couple of years.
