Tuesday
Since we have been in lock down Year 7 drama students have been very busy writing scripts and creating some fantastic drama work at home.
Here is a wonderful selection of scripts based on Charlie and The Chocolate Factory and Skellig.
We hope you enjoy watching the videos and reading the work produced by our very creative Year 7 students and that this drama brings a smile to your face.
This is just a very small sample of the work that has been produced by our Year 7 student and apologies for not including more.
Well done to all our Year 7 students who have been working hard and producing some excellent drama.
Wednesday
As the theatres remain closed, we are reminded about how important drama and theatre is to the cultural identity of this country.
We are also encouraged by the innovative approaches people in the creative industries have responded in an imaginative way to get recorded productions of live theatre into our homes at this very challenging time.
In a similar way drama during Arts week has been an opportunity for our students to work independently and be creative at home studying drama.
Year 9 drama students have been very busy responding to the play 'Blood Brothers' as an actor, director or designer and have produced some fantastic drama work at home.
We hope you enjoy reading the work produced by our very creative Year 9 students.
