Biology
Intent
Biology is the scientific study of life: as such it includes the investigation of living organisms and life processes from the molecular, through cells and individual organisms to populations and whole communities of animals and plants.
This two-year course covers a variety of different areas of Biology including Human Physiology, Ecology, Biochemistry and Genetics. Each topic is presented using a real world setting and follows the ‘context-led’ approach.
If you want to explore the environment around you, the interaction of organisms inhabiting it and their structure, then this is the course for you!
